Hi everyone!
So after Hirosaki, I left the Aomori prefecture.
Next prefecture I went is call Akita.
First city I went is called Odate.
They have a nice hot spring call "Red Water"
This hot spring have lots of iron inside the water.
Because of that, the water is red.
And that is why it's call "Red water"(赤湯温泉)
After I took the bath, I went down to the downtown to see if I can find a place to sing & stay.
They had a shopping mall and one of the waitress told me that there was a person who did busking at the mall a while ago. So I decided to play at there.
While I was singing, some high school students came and listened my music. We talked a bit and took a picture.
Next day I met another busker and we camped together at Tashiro.
This place had a JAXA's research team as well and that's where I drew the bottom pic.
We jamed a little bit, had BBQ, and talked about busking in Japan.
Many people(who does busking) do busking at Street Stations(道の駅)
So next day I moved on and tried to do at one of the closest Street Station.
But the people who works at the Street Station told me that I should contact the leaders of Featival that was happening at neighbor town call Fujisato, so that I may be able to play in front of many people.
So I called and they said I can play!
They even gave me a stage with mics to play about 40minutes!
It was lots of fun!
There were lots of kids and they were very cute!
At the night, I stayed with this junior high school student's house. He asked me "where are you staying?" I was like "tent" "do you wanna come my home?" "sure!"
Again, I moved on and this time I stayed at sea side.
These guys are from Odate and all of them were around 22 years old.
Most of them works at outside of Akita like Tokyo, but around this time, every year, it's call Obon and many people get off from their works.
It was like a reunion for them and since I was alone playing guitar at sea side, one of them came to talk with me and asked me to join! I got beer, BBQ, got friends, it was great night!
Next morning, I went to Oga. Oga was a beautiful area. Mountains were so hard to clime but the sea side, their water was so clean!
Again, I stayed at seaside and I met a family from Kesennuma where the Tsunami came and also where I'm planning to go.
Their kids were very energetic. They catch Sazae, Dragon Fish, sea urchin, etc by them selves.
I'm going to see them again at Kesennuma! It was great meeting with them at here!
Next day, I met another family while I was moving.
They gave me a lesson how to eat Sazae, by sashimi and grill. Very fresh one! It was delicious!
After that I went to see the fireworks.
Fireworks in Akita is very famous in Japan.
It was really great! You should go and see one day!
