どうもヒュウです！
最近はCD制作、及び日本縦断の旅のための金作りであまりライブが出来てません。。
４月ももう終ってしまう！早いですね！
４月は出来なかったけど、５月は絶対ライブやります！
さて、今は２ヶ所でバイトをしています。
ひとつは寿司屋。もうひとつは居酒屋。
この居酒屋は最近始めたんですが、なかなかいけてます！
何がって、飯も酒もやはりうまいんだけど、店内でPE'Z(ペズ)を流してるんです！
PE'Z知らないって人もいるかもしれないけど、日本の５人組ジャズバンド。
そのうちのピアニストが椎名林檎と組んだのが東京事変。
高校の頃にPE'Zが大好きで、PE'Zを演奏したいがために入部して来た友達がいて、そのお蔭でうちの吹奏楽部はPE'Zにはまっていました。
俺がトランペットで彼がサックス、そして他の部員メンバーで高校時代PE'Zのカバーバンドをやっていました。
PE'Z - SAMBA DE 恋して
俺もその友達と高校の時に宇都宮のライブハウス『ヘブンズ・ロック』に行って彼らのライブを見て来た！いや〜相当カッコよかったね！
店長(大将)にPE'Z好きなんですか？と聞いて見たところ。
『いとこだよ』との予想外なコメントにびっくり！！
まぁPE'Zを聞きながら、口ずさみながら働けるなんてラッキーだなと思っておりますw
PE'Z以外にもジャズを流してるのでジャズ好きで日本酒が好きな方は夜波来(よっぱらい)へどうぞ！
そして、今日はこないだボストンに行って来た時に友達のJayと一緒に夜飲みながら家でレコーディングした曲を載せようと思います！もともとあった曲にJayがハモってくれて良い感じです(^^)
曲名は"Will That Day" 日本語題にすると『いつかその日』かな。歌詞は最後に載せておきます！

Hello everyone!
It's already the end of April! I've been working a lot to make enough
money for my new cd and for my bike trip in Japan! I haven't got my gig yet but I'll def. have one in May!!
So I've been working at 2 places.
One is a Sushi restaurant and another one is a Japanese bar which has a lot of SAKE.
This Japanese bar is very cool not only because they have good drinks
and good food but they play one of my favorite Japanese Jazz band's
music at the restaurant.
The band is call "PE'Z"
One of my friends from my high school loved them and we played their music together when we were at high school. This is one of their piece call "SAMBE DE KOISHITE" means "Get love by SAMBA"
Me and my friend even went to see them at their gig!
And so I asked the owner "so do you like PE'Z?" and he answered
"It's my cousin's band"!!
I never expected to get that answer but I felt very lucky that I got the
waiter job at here. Now I can enjoy listening to music when I work :)
The place is call "Yopparai" It's a very good bar/restaurant so if you like SAKE, you should come!
Also about 2 weeks ago, when I went to Boston I recorded my song with my friend, Jay Mobley, at his house. I had written this song a while ago
but with Jay's harmony, it's just better :)
